Michael J. Phipps

Mike Phipps is a registered patent attorney with over a decade of experience in patent portfolio development and management. Mike has prepared and prosecuted patents in numerous technology areas, including medical devices, data centers, cameras, virtual design, cybersecurity, telecommunications, financial transactions, cooling systems, HVAC equipment, hydraulic fluid pressure sweeps, perforating devices, wellbore and wellhead tools, projectiles, defense technologies, and lubricant additives. Mike has also handled trademark prosecution and licensing negotiations.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children, and is actively involved with the Knights of Columbus, St. Mark Catholic School in Plano, Texas, and his three kids’ multiple extracurricular activities.
