Prior to joining Larson Bruster, Keith Langston was a key member of the team representing a family in a 2021 wrongful death trucking case. The trial resulted in a $730 million verdict. Patent Infringement Campaign
Anthony Bruster and Andrew Wright were key members of the trial team at their prior firm representing DataTreasury in a decade-long patent litigation campaign against virtually all of the major banks in the United States. DataTreasury alleged infringement of two U.S. patents it owned related to the imaging and processing of check information. After years of litigation, the first of DataTreasury’s cases to go to trial resulted in a $27 million verdict. Ultimately, the cases were settled for a recovery of hundreds of millions of dollars.
Community-wide Environmental Contamination Case
Prior to joining Larson Bruster, Keith Langston and John Hull served as class counsel in Coffey v. Freeport-McMoRan, which resulted in a $125 million settlement in a community-wide environmental contamination case for the people of Blackwell, Oklahoma.
Patent Infringement Case
Prior to joining Larson Bruster, Andrew Wright, Registered Patent Attorney, was a key member of a team that helped obtain a $95 million jury verdict in a case involving DNA sequencing technology. It was widely publicly reported that the case later settled for $70 million. The case is Syntrix v. Illumina.

Prior to starting Larson Bruster, Anthony Bruster served as first chair attorney on behalf of the plaintiff in a Texas patent infringement jury trial in Texas. The jury trial resulted in a $26 million verdict for the plaintiff, which was doubled to $52 million based upon a willfulness finding by the Judge. The case is DataTreasury v. US Bank et al. The case was later settled for a confidential amount while on appeal.

Keith Langston was a key member of the team at his prior firm representing a family in a 2021 wrongful death trucking case. The case resulted in a $51 million pretrial settlement.
